9th Oct 2019. In the month of October, HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organized a Menstrual Awareness Workshop in Muskaan school. The workshop was conducted with the help of volunteers. The target audience for the workshop was school girls and women of the community. The topic of menstruation was dealt in 5 aspects- puberty and growing up, nutrition, physiology of menstruation, preparing for periods and maintaining hygiene during periods. After the session sanitary napkins and refreshments were distributed to all. The volunteers also donated sanitary napkin packets to the school administration so that the school girls can use it. The session ended on the note that we need to break the silence surrounding menstruation.

10th Oct 2019. A workshop on Menstrual Awareness was organized by HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation at J.H.S Patterchata. The workshop was attended by school girls and women from the village community. A short session on Menstrual awareness was organized with the help of volunteers involving session through audio visual aid. The topics that were covered in the workshop were- puberty and growing up, nutrition, physiology of menstruation, preparing for periods and maintaining hygiene during periods. After the session doubts relating to the topic was dealt. Sanitary napkins and refreshments were distributed. Also sanitary napkins were given to the school administration so that the school girls can use it.The session ended on a positive note of breaking the silence on menstruation.

3rd Oct 2019. HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation conducted a Menstrual Awareness Workshop at J.H.S Patterchata with the help of volunteers. The workshop covered aspects from body changes while growing up, biology behind the process, effective measures for pain, hygiene during menstruation and safe disposal of sanitary napkins. The workshop was conducted through audio visual aid present in World on Wheels bus. After the session ended questions relating to the issue was dealt by the volunteers. Sanitary Napkins and refreshments were distributed to everyone. The workshop ended on the note that we need to break silence regarding menstruation.

30th Sep 2019. HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organized a Menstrual Awareness Workshop in one of the Muskaan schools. In the workshop the school girls and women of Maharajpur village community participated. The workshop aimed at breaking the taboo and silence with which menstruation is treated.The workshop was divided into 5 important segments- puberty and growing up, nutrition, physiology of menstruation, preparing for periods and maintaining hygiene during periods. At the end there was a question round where questions related to the workshop was dealt with.A packet of sanitary napkins and refreshments were distributed among women and the session ended on the note that menstruation should be treated as a natural biological process not an abomination. .
